Why do we give financial assistance? The Motsepe Foundation
Providing financial assistance is part of our vision which is “To give hope and build a better and brighter future for all our people”. We believe that by partnering and awarding financial assistance to deserving beneficiaries, we are one step closer to creating a better and brighter future for South Africa.
How do we select who receives financial assistance?
Respectively each submission or recognised beneficiary is thoroughly evaluated and examined by our committee based on specific criteria. Each selection needs to fit in with our “Pillars of Focus” which we believe will have an impact on our vision for a better and brighter South Africa. Any financial assistance we give must therefore be aligned with the Motsepe Foundation values in making a long-term sustainable difference in the lives of all in South Africa.
